Our Refund Policy
In the event that you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, the goods are faulty, were wrongly described or different from the sample shown, you are able to return them to us and choose between a refund by way of original payment, exchange for another item (incurs and additional freight charge) or online gift voucher.
In this instance, please contact us with 7 days of receipt of your order and quote your original invoice number. Goods must be returned in “as new” condition, along with a copy of your tax invoice in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The item/s cannot have been worn or used in any way. We reserve the right to not accept the items for refund if they have been worn or damaged in any way.

All prices on the Gloss Diamonds website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) only and include GST.
Gloss Diamonds uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders. Parcels will be sent in an Express Platinum post bag and will need a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and received. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched within the same working day of order provided we receive your order by 11am and the products are in stock.
A Flat fee of $10 postage and handling will be charged on all orders.
We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia. We will contact you immediately should an additional postage charge be required.
We are unable to process International orders.
