Here are some FAQs which may help:

1. Where can I take my rings for their free clean and warranty inspection?

    We can arrange for our jeweller to clean your jewellery and carry out this inspection for you. Please contact us with the name under which the purchase was made, the approximate date of purchase and your phone number.

    2. My white gold rings are dull and look like they need a polish, where can I take them?

    It may be that your rings require rhodium plating which our jeweller can do for you. Please contact us with your name and phone number and we will arrange collection of your jewellery.

    3. I'm searching for a matching wedding ring for my engagement ring that was purchased in your store, are you still able to help me?

    We are normally able to match your wedding ring if we can access the history of your engagement ring purchase. You may even have the details of a matching wedding ring from a previous visit to the store. Either way, please contact us with the name under which the purchase was made, the approximate date of purchase and your phone number.
